Create a festive drink with an imaginative twist this winter using Bombay Sapphire Sloe Gin
50ml Bombay Sapphire Sloe Gin
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
A dash of honey, optional
Top with soda water (approx. 50ml)
Ice
Orange wedge, to garnish
1. Pour the gin, lemon juice and honey into a tall glass and stir together. Add plenty of cubed ice and stir again. Top the glass with soda water and stir for a final time. Taste the cocktail and add a little honey if you prefer. Garnish with a large orange wedge and enjoy
