There is a new generation of confident and fashion conscious men

As Valentines Day approached a new study has revealed that British men are the best at purchasing underwear for their female partners
The research, carried out by Fox and Rose , revealed that there is a new generation of confident and fashion conscious men buying underwear that women actually want to wear.
The study found that over half of British men bought their partners lingerie at least 2-3 times a year.
Over 30 per cent of men also said that they felt comfortable to experiment with fashion-led prints, compared to just 5 per cent in France, Germany and Italy.
British men are also well versed in their partner’s measurements.
Amanda Lorenzani, co founder of Fox & Rose, said, ‘[Men] are also asking all the right questions like how lingerie sits under clothing and what it could be worn with. We’ve been surprised by the number of British men who are well versed in the difference between styles such as soft bras, balcony bras or long line bras painting a very different picture to that commonly imagined. Many women prefer to receive pretty, feminine lingerie over strong red or dominatrix styles. British men seem to understand this instinctively.’
