Couples face sleeping problems in the bedroom
83 per cent of British couples argue over sleeping habits

From loud snoring to stealing the covers, sharing a bed can be very annoying when it comes to trying to get to sleep

We all know the feeling, as you toss and turn trying desperately to drop off, your partner lays next to you sleeping soundly, blissfully unaware of their loud snoring.

A new study, carried out by Climsom, found that 83 per cent of British couples argue over sleeping habits. A further one in five couples even admitted that they found it so difficult to share a bed that they resided to sleeping separately.

As well as relationship problems, suffering from lack of sleep can lead to other problems too, including feeling grouchy, irritable and not being able to function at your best the following day.

It is advisable to communicate with your partner about the troubles in the bedroom and together you may be able to come up with a solution.
