Eating a high fibre diet can prolong your life
Brown bread is a lot healthier than white bread

Whole grain products are quite rightly well known for their nutritional values and a new survey has revealed they might even be able to extend your life

Choosing whole grain bread instead of white, those who eat plenty of whole grain products are effectively saving their lives by decreasing their risk of getting life threatening diseases and infections.

Nutritionists have advised women to eat about 30g of fibre a day, with men being pushed to eat slightly more.

The study found that lots of people do not eat enough of this life saving grain, even though they could benefit so much of it.

Fibre can be found in many foods including fruits, vegetables, whole grain rice, pasta and bread.

Swapping to whole grain products is an easy change to make and although it won’t make much change to what you eat, your insides will be very grateful.
