It’s not difficult to create the standout-eyes

Standout-eyes is the hot new bridal trend, with celebrity brides arriving at the church with perfect eye make-up
Ana Ospina, make-up artist to the stars on programmes such as Dancing on Ice and Comic Relief does Fame Academy, explains that it’s not as difficult as you may think to carry out the standout-eye trend.
Here is Ana’s guide to creating the smokey-eyed look:
Step 1: Define your brows first with a little shadow or pencil.
Step 2: Apply primer to the lid for all-day make-up that will look fab in photos.
Step 3: Use a cream eyeshadow as your base then build up the colour on top.
Step 4: Add black liner generously and blend liner up from lashline to leave intensity of colour at root of lashes for maximum impact.
Step 5: Highlight the browbone with a soft cream shadow blend down towards darker colours to soften look. Curl lashes and add a couple of coats of mascara.
Ana advises, ‘The secret to a good smokey eye is blend, blend, blend, build up the colour gradually.’
