The firm is recalling thousands of pots of baby food because they could contain small pieces of plastic
A batch of its Fruity Custard Fruit Medley baby food has been identified as a choking hazard to babies.
Heinz and the food Standards Agency issued the alert after four parents contacted the company to say that they had found plastic in the pots.
The company has issued a warning to parents and posters will go up in stores selling the baby food.
Heinz Fruity Custard Fruit Medley baby food is sold in a pack of four pots. The batch code is 9307 while the best before date is November 3 2010. No other Heinz product is affected.
A statement on the firms website reads: “Heinz is taking the precautionary of recalling part of an isolated batch of Heinz Fruity Custard, Fruit Medley baby food in 4x100g pots because of the potential presence of small pieces of plastic from the inside of the pot which could present a choking risk.”
It adds: “This product must not be consumed. If you have any pots of the affected product please call the Heinz UK Careline on 08000 151 557 for a full refund, or in the Republic of Ireland 1800 696979.”

You need to have them dry mounted at a frame shop, and then frame them with the poster frames made especially for this. Dry mounting is very important if you want to keep these posters for years to come. banner printing
