Ensure that bad hair days are a thing of the past
|
Whether you feel that getting your hair to go how you want it is a constant battle or you are just bored with your current style, panic no longer as Michael Van Clarke has come up with some simple ways to ensure that bad hair days are a thing of the past
Michael Van Clarke, a hair guru, has worked with many women to help them to control their hair. Here are his top some of his top styles for 2011:
Fish tail plait
Simply start with a side parting and spray a little light hairspray over the length of your hair. Create a ponytail and pull your finger through the middle of it to make two mini ponytails. The take an outside section from one side of your ponytails and pull it over and tuck into the other main strand - repeat with the other side and continue down the length of the plait
Messy high top bun
Simply grab hair and messily pull to the very top of the head, wrap around and pin in place.
Beach waves
Simply rough dry hair and take random sections and wrap around a hot conical wand. Turn your head upside down and spray with hair spray and then shake out.
Scrunch and go
For those that want a bit more bounce to their mane, the scrunch and go is the perfect way to add volume to the summer look for a touch of added glamour. Using a surf spray (salt water spray) product is the perfect way to achieve this, so spritz liberally, diffuse hair and scrunch into natural waves.
Sleek and chic
To achieve a more polished look and to avoid a possible problem with limp locks or frizzy curls; get playful with gel and either wear your hair down, tucked behind ears or in a ponytail paired with a strong straight parting.
