Attractions such as the Natural History Museum are close to Victoria Road

Victoria Road in Kensington, London, has been named as the most pricey place to buy property in England and Wales by a house price and property valuations website
Mouseprice.com found that the average price of a property on this road reaches an estimated £6.4m.
With major attractions such as the Natural History Museum and the Royal Albert Hall on the doorstep, it is hardly surprising that the property in this area is so expensive.
Victoria Road has stolen the top spot from Chester Square, in London’s Belgravia, which had headed the expensive property league list for the past two years.
Overall, Mouseprice.com found that London dominated the list.
On the other hand, Wales was found to house the cheapest property areas, with property in its 10 most expensive streets costing an average £648.410.
