‘Also look out for changes in lighting, essential for both mood and looks – a humble fluorescent bar or lonesome bulb will no longer cut it.’ Morris’ hot tip for the big trend in appliances is the steam oven, hailed as a healthier way of cooking because it retains vitamins and reduces fat content.
