More Brits prefer a ‘natural and warm’ make-up appearance to a ‘dramatic and sexy’ style, reveals a new poll of most desirable make-up looks
As a result, in the battle of the Kate vs Kate, the survey found that more people prefer the subtle make-up that Kate Middleton wears, than the dramatic smoky-eyed look of Kate Moss
As the two Kates prepare for their big day, the study, carried out by QVC, has found that 9 per cent of the British public have voted that the royal bride-to-be Kate Middleton wears a make-up style that they would most like to replicate. Compared to just 6 per cent who voted in favour of Kate Moss.
The top three famous faces to feature in the ‘Most Desirable Make-up Looks’ were Sienna Miller, with 15 per cent of the vote, Natalie Portman, with 14 per cent of the vote, and Dame Helen Mirren, with 11 per cent of the vote. It is therefore no coincidence that each of these women also prefer to create a very natural and soft look with their make-up.
