Lots of people like Marmite on their toast

Denmark has banned the sale of Marmite, saying that its added vitamins and minerals break food safety laws
The savory spread, recognised for its ‘you either love it or you hate it’ slogan, has been banned as it contains high levels of Vitamin B and is fortified with folic acid.
Denmark has banned the spread in an attempt to protect customers from exceeding safe levels of nutrients in their diet.
Other well-known and loved products have also been added to the blacklist, including Horliks and Ovaltine. Some of Kellogg’s cereals were also banned in 2004.
The news of Marmite’s ban in Denmark has left many fans of the spread shocked. Some have already expressed their shock on social networking sites such as FaceBook and Twitter and are calling for a tit-for-tat trade war by banning the sale of bacon, Lego and Carlsberg in the UK.
