If you spend a bit of time on your garden, it will be blooming by summer
New research by Alliance and Leicester shows nearly 1 in 5 Brits don’t use their garden as a social or living space, and only 16% use it for between 3 and 4 months of the year.
The cold weather seems to be a big influence on the time we spend in our gardens, with 32% saying they would spend more time outside if they had a heater.
Space is also an issue for those living in the capital, with almost a third of Londoners saying they would use their garden if it was bigger.
Now spring is on it’s way, warm (well, warmer) weather will be on the way, so it’s an ideal time to get out in the garden, get some fresh air and make the most of the space you’ve got.
