Social networking has inspired a couple in Israel to call their baby ‘Like,’ after the action on Facebook, the Israeli media have revealed
The action of ‘like’ has become popular after Facebook allows users to like their friends’ statuses, photos and posts.
The couple have said that they wanted their baby girl to have a name that was “modern and innovative.”
Like’s name will certainly be original in Israel, where popular names are currently thought to be Noa, Maya and Tamar.
Speaking to the Istaeli media, Like’s father, Loir Adler, said, “When I posted her picture and name on Facebook I got 40 “likes”’
