Instead of just drinking juice, spice it up a little and make one of these tasty cocktail recipes
Apple do nicely
Serves: 6
900ml bottle of innocent apple juice
Punnet of raspberries, washed
Small handful of fresh mint, finely chopped
A few sprigs of fresh mint to garnish
1. Pop the raspberries into a bowl and mash into a mushy puree using a fork.
2. Next, pop some ice into a big glass jug and pour in the apple juice.
3. Add the raspberry puree and chopped mint to the jug and mix it all together.
4. Then pour into tall glasses, adorn with a sprig of mint and sip daintily.
Sister citrus
Serves: 6
900ml bottle of innocent orange juice
4 clementines
Freshly squeezed lime
Slice of lime for decoration
1. Cut the clementines in half and squeeze the juice into a bowl.
2. Next, pop some ice into a big glass jug and pour in the orange juice. Add the clementine juice to the jug, squeeze in as much lime as you like and give everything a good stir.
3. Then pour into nice glasses, garnish with a slice of lime, kick back in your hammock and enjoy.
Hedgerow Collins
Serves: 6
900ml bottle of innocent apple juice
3 handfuls of blackberries, washed
A generous splash of elderflower cordial
1. Pop the blackberries into a bowl and blend (or mash properly with the back of a spoon).
2. Next, scoop some ice into a big glass jug and pour in the apple juice.
3. Add the blackberry purée and elderflower cordial to the jug and give it all a good mix. Then pour into some nice glasses, cosy up in front of the fire and enjoy.
