After introducing purple carrots and red bananas, Marks and Spencer has launched a new colour mutation – the yellow raspberry.
Their golden colour is completely natural, a result of carotene, which also gives carrots their orange colour.
Sweeter in taste than other varieties, the yellow raspberry will brighten up any wintery day (£2.99 for 150g).

Hi,
Yellow raspberries are variations of the popular red raspberries. They have the same characteristics in growth and flavor, except they produce golden yellow fruit instead of red. The raspberries can be eaten and prepared in a variety of ways, including jams, pies and other desserts. Yellow raspberries are biennial plants, meaning they grow for one year and then produce flowers and fruits during the second year.
