Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 large ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup milk (or dairy-free substitute, such as almond milk)
- 1 tsp Honey or maple syrup, optional
Method
- In an airtight container (mason jars or old jam jars work well) add the mashed banana, rolled oats and chia seeds.
- Add almond milk and honey/maple syrup (if using), and securely tighten lid. Give the jar a shake to ensure everything is mixed.
- Place in the fridge overnight (or for at least 6 hours). In the morning, add additional milk if desired.
