Vegan Restaurant Mildreds Launches Masterpiece Feast

London’s iconic vegan restaurants Mildreds is excited to announce the launch of its new ‘Taste of Mildreds’, a carefully curated set menu available for £25 per person.

Renowned for its innovative and flavourful plant-based dishes, Mildreds continues to lead the way in vegan cuisine.

The ethos is simple: fantastic food and drink for everyone, that just happens to be vegan, with an all-day and night menu that changes with the seasons.

The Taste of Mildreds is designed by Sarah Wasserman to showcase the best of the restaurant’s globally inspired menu, giving diners the opportunity to enjoy a hand-picked selection of dishes that truly represent the essence of Mildreds’ food philosophy.

Signature

Sarah Wasserman is a cookery writer and development chef specialising in vegan and vegetarian food. She has co-authored three books: Mildreds Vegetarian, Mildreds Vegan and Mildreds Easy Vegan. Her recipes have been published by The Sunday Times, Red, Good Food, Homes & Gardens, The Independent and Olive. Sarah has worked with Mildreds for 26+ years and is now the Director of food and brand.

The Taste of Mildreds is available at Victoria, Camden, King’s Cross and Dalston locations and is perfect for sharing. For just £25 per person (minimum two people), guests can relax as the kitchen serves a medley of signature dishes. Highlights from the menu include:

  • Salsa Macha Hummus – candied pine nuts & pumpkin seeds, smoky Mexican peanut chilli oil.
  • Pita – warm and soft, perfect for dipping.
  • Biber Patatas Bravas – triple-cooked potatoes with Turkish hot pepper sauce and garlic aioli.
  • Arancini Rossi – smoked paprika mushroom risotto balls, garlic aioli, and smoked chipotle ketchup.
  • Kimchi Gyoza – pan-fried dumplings with house-made kimchi and a sweet gochujang sesame dip.
  • Beetroot Thel Dala & Raita – spicy pandan leaf-infused curried beetroot with creamy coconut yoghurt dip.
  • Kiri Hodi – Sri Lankan coconut curry with sweet potato, green bean pilau, toasted cashew sev, rainbow pickles, and mint coriander chutney.
  • Cucumber Herb Salad – refreshing cucumber with a burst of fresh herbs.

For those with a sweet tooth, diners can add a dessert for just £5 per person.

To complement the meal there is the option to add a glass of house wine for just £5, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
