Candyman

For decades, residents of Chicago’s Cabrini-Green have heard stories of a supernatural killer known only as Candyman, allegedly the resurrected soul of a murdered slave wanting to exact vengeance on his killers.

In the present day, visual artist Anthony McCoy (Yahya Abdul-Mateen II) and his girlfriend (Teyonah Parris) have moved into a luxury loft condo in a now gentrified Cabrini-Green. A chance encounter with a local old-timer (Colman Domingo) exposes Anthony to the true story behind Candyman and unleashes a wave of violence that puts him on a collision course with destiny.

Horror Express

In this 1970s classic cult horror, starring Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee, an English palaeontologist discovers a frozen two-million-year-old anthropoid monster with mystical powers. On the train journey home, the beast thaws, comes back to life and wreaks havoc among the passengers of the train.

Ghostbusters II

When a river of ghost-making slime is discovered under New York City, the Ghostbusters must reunite to tangle with the malevolent spirit of a 16th-century tyrant who plans to use an infant as his conduit to the modern world.

The Awakening

England, 1920s. Florence Cathcart is on a mission to expose seances as exploitative shams. When she is called to an English boarding school to investigate the sightings of a boy’s ghost, she makes a discovery that forces her to confront her skepticism in the most terrifying way.

Ghosts

Wreck

When nineteen-year-old Jamie Walsh boards mega cruise ship The MS Sacramentum as a new crew member, nobody knows who he really is. Jamie has snuck on under an assumed identity, so he can covertly investigate what happened to his sister, Pippa, who disappeared on the very same ship three months earlier. With scant details of her last days, Jamie begins ingratiating himself into her old social circles onboard, in the hope of getting to the bottom of the mystery.

Series two picks up in the months after the events of series one’s shocking blood-soaked conclusion and sees the gang infiltrating a wellness festival.
