Brits choose gardening over household chores

Many people prefer to work in the garden that complete household chores

From weeding to mowing the lawn, more people prefer to do jobs around the garden to completing chores inside the home.

The study, conducted by B&Q, found that 90 per cent admitted that they found jobs in the garden more appealing than menial household chores. The survey also showed that the garden shed is no longer solely a man’s domain with an equal number of men and women claiming to frequent their outdoor sanctuary.
