Ingredients
- 100 g Craisins dried cranberries
- 150 g mixed seeds, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame
- 50 g chopped nuts, hazelnuts or walnuts work well
- 100 g butter
- 200 g oats
- 3 tbsp runny honey
- 100 g muscovado sugar, light
Method
1. Preheat oven to 160°C/Fan 140/Gas 3. Grease and line the base of an 18cm x 25cm baking tin.
2. Toast the oats nuts and seeds in a roasting tin for 5 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, melt the butter, honey and sugar in a pan until, add the toasted oats, nuts and seeds, and Craisins® and mix well. Tip into the baking tin, press down lightly and bake for 30 minutes. Cool then cut into 12 bars.
