Matt Tebbutt
A passion for good food and cooking developed early for Matt Tebbutt, but the decision to be a chef didn’t come until later in life. He studied Geography at Oxford Brookes University and notions of becoming a pilot led him to join the university air squadron. But instead of signing up with the RAF, he headed for Leith’s School of Food and Wine. He completed a traineeship with Marco Pierre White, then moved to the kitchens of Chez Bruce, followed by a stint at Clarke’s. Together with his wife Lisa, he transformed the former Fox Hunter pub at Nantyderry into an acclaimed restaurant, winning AA Restaurant of the Year for Wales in 2004.
David Domoney
Chartered horticulturalist and TV presenter David Domoney is resident garden expert on ITV’s This Morning and Love your Weekend, and co-presents ITV’s Love Your Garden alongside Alan Titchmarsh. David is a strong believer in the power of nature and plants to boost mental and physical wellbeing, as outlined in his bestselling book, My Houseplant Changed My Life (DK Books). He also works with several charities including Green Fingers, which creates gardens in children’s hospices around the UK.
Molly Robbins
Molly Robbins started making cakes when she was at university as a hobby. She was working as make-up artist for the BBC when she caught the eye of the Extreme Cake Makers team with her weird and wonderful creations that often resemble savoury food or everyday items like furniture. But her crowning jewel was probably her life-sized baby elephant cake. Molly won Gold at Cake International for her exceptionally detailed cake of an orangutan eating a banana while riding tortoise back. She now has a cake shop in her hometown of Rawtenstall, East Lancashire.
Kate Hardcastle
Kate Hardcastle MBE, AKA The Customer Whisperer, is the UK’s ‘go-to’ consumer insight expert for national TV and media and is a font of information about coping with the cost-of-living crisis. She has successfully turned around ailing retail brands and shopping centres, created powerful consumer brands and consults on business redevelopment, restructure and takeovers. As well as presenting leading consumer shows, she has lent her expertise to Rip Off Britain, What Britain Bought, Battlefront and Inside Out, as well as being the consumer champion for ITV’s consumer show, Eat Shop Save.

With over 15 years’ experience in the fashion and interiors industries, Gemma and Charlotte (yes, they are actual real-life sisters!) have a passion for styling. The duo can transform your living space into a beautiful, well-organised space, and their wardrobe detox will help you whittle down your clothing collection to the styles that work for you, so you can get ready in a flash. The Skinny Jean Gardener
Lee Connelly, AKA The Skinny Jean Gardener, is known for his work as the Blue Peter gardener, social media host for The RHS, award-winning podcaster, and presenter on Amazon Prime gardening show The Circus. He’s also toured the UK with his Biggest Gardening Entertainment Show, supported by some of the UK’s biggest brands, and wrote the game-changing book for parents, How to get Kids Gardening.
Billy and Jack
Billy and Jack met on the BBC’s MasterChef in 2016. They didn’t win, but they became great friends and decided to keep on cooking together. Billy and Jack host an exclusive monthly Dinner Club at Mimo in Borough Market, develop recipes and appear at food festivals around the country. The boys believe food should always be good; whether it’s a sandwich at your desk or a six-course tasting menu. They also use sustainable, seasonal ingredients that don’t cause unnecessary suffering to animals, and encourage their followers to do the same.
Lynne Lambourne
Lynne’s Lambourne’s biggest passion is sustainability within the home and garden. Her work has been featured on Channel 4, George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces and Gok Wan’s Fill Your House for Free. Her Warriors on Waste movement aims to teach and inspire the next generation of mini upcyclers how fun and important it is to turn trash into treasure. Lynne openly confesses to ‘skip diving’ if she sees something that catches her eye, and won the 2019 Grand Designs Live Interior Designer of the Year award for her innovative sustainability themed room.
