A broadband internet connection is now a necessity of life, but you have to shop around to get the best deals. The experts from Direct Save explain what to look for
What’s the story behind Direct Save?
The founder Mr Stavros Tsolakis founded Direct Save Telecom 25 years ago. His goal was to provide better value, transparent billing and excellent customer service. This has not only been achieved but continues to be the driving force behind the business.
What are the advantages of ‘Full Fibre’?
With full fibre broadband you can reach speeds of up to 1000Mb on the most relentlessly reliable connection type in the UK. These connections will allow for seamless streaming, gaming and downloading, across all your home devices.
Future-Proof your Connection
Older copper services like standard broadband and current fibre to the cabinet (FTTC) connections are in the process of being discontinued and eventually fully turned off. Now is the time to move to full fibre broadband and avoid the BIG switch off.
How easy is it to install?
Installation is simple. An engineer will attend the property in the majority of cases to install a new connection box called an ONT. Once installed you just need to follow our easy-to-use installation guide and your up and running.
How much does it cost?
Prices for our full fibre packages start from as little as £31.95 per month. You get free installation and free wireless router. In addition, you can add one of our 3 fantastic call packages. However you can save even more. See additional benefits.
Additional Benefits?
All new customers will receive the added benefit of free membership for the first year to our online discount club no matter the package chosen. With this a typical family can save between £2,000 and £3,000 a year on things like holidays, days out, insurances, your weekly food shop, clothing and much more.
How long does a new line installation take to arrange?
The typical lead time for an installation is around 2 weeks from the point of agreeing to join us. If for whatever reason a delay occurs or the engineer availability is slightly longer our UK based team will contact you and keep you in the loop until the service is installed.
Where is DirectSave’s customer service based?
All of our technical support, customer service, sales and credit control teams are fully based in the UK. All departments are open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturdays 8am to 5pm.
