- Where can I buy Basix products?
The Basix range can be bought from Amazon, Victoria Health, Lombardi Smith, Ebay and other health stores and pharmacies.
- What’s the story behind Lombardi Smith?
Owner and founder Russ Smith comes from a family history of skin complaints. His father suffered terribly from psoriasis and Russ suffered from eczema as a child, particularly on the wrists elbows and knees.
The only cream that worked at the time was his father’s strong cortisone cream with severe side effects, so the relief was only temporary.
While living in South Africa, he discovered this incredible ingredient Kigelia Africana in a cream that not only provided relief but helped to repair the damage and prevent scratching which exacerbated the condition.
His father tried the cream and saw a noticeable difference after a few weeks and the dry scaly patches cleared up after a couple of months.
Seeing these results motivated Russ to import the cream and make it available in the UK and Europe. A very simple philosophy still drives the business today. Everyone deserves to have clear skin, free of irritations.
