Ingredients
- 2 pieces strawberries
- 5 ml gomme
- 10 ml double cream
- 10 ml Fraise de bois
- 20 ml Crème de cacao
- 25 ml vodka
Method
1. Muddle one strawberry with gomme syrup in base of cocktail glass.
2. Add cream, fraise de bois, crème de cacao and vodka.
3. Fill with ice and then place in cocktail shaker.
4. Shake vigorously and double strain into chilled martini glass.
5. Garnish with the other strawberry.
