- 50 ml Hoxton Gin
- 20 ml Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Elderflower
- 15 ml Rhubarb puree
- 10 ml Sugar
Method
1. Top with Soda
2. Shake
3. Add cubed ice
4. Garnish with lemon wedge, mint sprig and straw
5. Serve in a Highball glass
