Ingredients

- 400 g Tomatoes
- 1 Avocado
- Small bunch of Chives
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 sprigs of Fresh coriander
- —- For the Chicken Wings —-
- 8 Chicken wings
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Runny honey
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 pinch of Sugar
Method
- Dice the tomatoes and chop the chives finely. Peel the avocado, remove the stone and dice the flesh.
- For the dressing, mix the vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Add the oil and mix with a whisk until the dressing is thick. Mix all together and season with salt and pepper again if needed.
- Marinate the chicken wings in olive oil, salt, pepper and honey. Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the wings on either side.
- If barbequing, place the wings over medium-hot coals and cook for about 20 minutes. Alternatively put the wings in the oven for approximately 20 minutes at 160 ° C. Serve with the avocado salad.
