How often should we be brushing our teeth?
You should brush your teeth at least twice a day, usually in the morning after you get up and before you go to bed in the evening.
Is brushing technique important?
Yes, you should brush your teeth for approximately 2 minutes, most electric or sonic toothbrushes have a 2 minute timer. When brushing your teeth use gentle downward strokes on your teeth, be gentle on your gums, and afterwards don’t rinse out your month. You can spit out the excess. If you rinse out your month afterwards with water, you are removing all the benefits of the toothpaste.

After working in the Oral Care industry for years we realised there were no companies with natural toothpaste and environmentally friendly packaging.
