Why eating healthy breakfasts might be even more important than you think

Nutritionists have advised people that if they want to become more productive in their day-to-day lives, they should start each day eating healthy breakfasts

Breakfast has always been considered the most important meal of the day but now health nutritionists have found that skipping healthy breakfasts in the morning will affect a person’s productivity throughout the day.

Dora Walsh, nutritional therapist, has recommended that people should eat foods such as grilled kippers, whole grain toast, eggs, porridge, cereal or freshly chopped bananas to give them the best start to the day.

Walsh said, ‘You need to eat the right foods which are going to energise and replenish your system so that you are able to face the challenges of the day ahead.’

Research, conducted by Best Western, also recently found that what we eat for breakfast could also be linked to our ability to cope with stress.
